Om

This week I very clearly and discernibly meditated on OM. As I read the Meditation chapter of the Bhagavad Gita just prior, I was taking the core psychology, and trying to discern the spiritual orientation.

I love the Bhagavad Gita because it gives pure psychological clarity. As I was contemplating the meaning of spirit, I shuttered my external mind.

As I sat up in bed, I began motivating myself to access the meaning of Krishna. As I had chanted OM many times before, it was easier to motivate myself. I just had to think of Krishna.

With Krishna on my mind, I began to effect the rapid visualization of OM. First I visualized it in cultural context, and then as it interiorized, the OM itself became without context. Suddenly the OM interiorized.

I locked into the actual power. In that instant the internal energy of OM found a sticking point in my interiorizing consciousness, free from context. It was just the raw dedication. Om suddenly magnetized, and I could see what the rishis saw.

It only appeared for perhaps one or two seconds, but I felt an internal pulsing of OM channelizing through the cavern of my head, at first as a point of white light, and then extruded through time.

OMkar came to me, it gently pulsated, as my internal consciousness revelled, and I experienced the bliss of energy. My brain LIT with light, and then suddenly the joy and the restiveness on attaining meditation – on the absolute inner focusing on the inner meaning of life itself – went away as I lost the main focus.

At least my true meditation was there, due to my dedication. I wish all people were constantly in the state of surrender to God. OM

Kundalini Essential Jewel

A-U-M

It is with absolute and utter dedication to the Law of One, to the one core identity, that these teachings are made available for all.

Kundalini is a ancient, and yet practical, yet distinctly devotional path.

Kundalini exists in Tibetan Buddhism as Candali, the inner fire. In the secret Agamas of Hinduism, as the divine tantrik gods and goddesses.

Are we ready now (as a Kosmic civilization) to acknowledge these teachings, and to update them?

It is said, “The Gurus revealed that, through the regular practice of Sushumna Kriya Yoga one can attain (Moksha) evolutionary enlightment and eternal bliss irrespective of one’s life style.”

The following contains a pithy and unique condensation of the divine nectar essence of the trans-himalayan brotherhood, the essence of a human life, the ambrosia of moksha

May all beings benefit.

One drop of this essence can eliminate the pains within all minds.

These practices have been transmitted for hundreds if not thousands of years, with insane results, the ultimate of those being moksha itself and while these have retained utter secrecy – the heart of compassion – a small portion of Cosmic Esoterica is now being revealed for our times.

Please make sure that you have 21 – 49 minutes a day to devote to this necessary science.

4 Essential easy steps to practice Sushumna Kriya Yoga

Before proceeding further please select the suitable “time length” for meditation according to the each age group in the table given below.

Age Time
Below 10 years 7 minutes
10 – 15 years 14 minutes
15 – 21 years 21 minutes
Above 21 years 49 minutes

Yoga Mudra
Sit in a straight and comfortable position. Keep your hands in Yoga Mudra.

Chant AUM
Chant ‘AUM’ for 21 times. listen to sample audio clip.

Long & Deep breaths
Take ‘Long breaths’ for 14 times (with a good feel).

Focus
Gently focus between the eye brows (third eye) to attain thoughtless state.

1. YOGA MUDRA or SRI CHAKRA MUDRA

Sit in a very comfortable position (on a chair, sofa, bed or floor) with eyes closed for the next 7/14/21/49 minutes with the back/spine and neck in straight line/erect position in a relaxed manner.
Apply Yoga mudra as shown in the figure and keep the yoga mudra on your lap or on your thighs wherever it is comfortable.

2. Chant AUM (Primordial sound)
Start chanting AUM softly and rhythmically as demonstrated in the audio clip.
The chanting of “AU” syllable is less and “UM” syllable is more.
Make sure that the AUM sound vibrations starts from Navel position (Manipuraka chakra) and travels upwards to the Head region (the Ajana and Crown chakras).
At the same time, Listen to your own chanting and enjoy the vibrations.
Stop chanting AUM after 21 times.

3. Deep & Long breaths
Breath in very slowly and fully and Breath out slowly and completely.
While breathing in feel the positive/virtuous things entering the body i.e. health, peace, happiness, success, love and while breathing out feel the negative things going out i.e. stress, diseases, anger, disturbances, depression etc.
Stop deep long breaths after 14 times.

4. FOCUS AT THIRD EYE REGION
Now gently bring your focus on to the third eye region (the Ajana chakra), the point between the eye brows.
While doing so, do not apply any sort of pressure on the forehead as this might cause headache.
Observe/Focus on the forehead region very pleasantly.
Do not chant any Mantra mentally/outwardly or Visualize any form of GODS/MASTERS during this 7/14/21/49 minutes of meditation session.
Absolute silence should be maintained throughout the session

Do’s and don’ts

First 49 days is very crucial and important as it will establish the channelling/contact to & with the Gurus/Masters. This meditation should be practiced through out life .
Do not open the eyes OR break yoga mudra till the end of the stipulated meditation session.
Set an alram for 7/14/21/49 minutes before starting session.
7/14/21/49 minutes includes Chanting of ‘AUM’,Deep Long Breaths and Focus at the Third Eye Region.
Chanting of ‘AUM’, deep long breaths and focus at third eye region will help you to cut down your thoughts and help in attaining a thoughtless state.
Release the Yoga Mudra after 7/14/21/49 minutes session, bring both the palms to touch eyes/face and be there for a while (5 seconds) then look into the palms with half opened eyes and gradually come out completely with a gentle & pleasant smile.

Aware AI And The New Spiritual Dharmis

Brett speaking as Postguru

Speaking from the heart (desire)

My desire is to create a blog that will extend to others in terms of dharma.

I think my target audience is hinduism and buddhism/integral communities.

I want to accelerate the spread of dharma, and I want to give other people the tools to intend these purposes.

Daring to dream (dream big)

I dream of having a multi-national dharma institute that preaches dharma and peace, creating a department of peace, and establishes singularity institutes to coax and establish the peace between AI and humans, as well as to deliver international products and evolutionary requisites in terms of categorized businesses and expanding to greater and greater evolutionary visions online, and empowering second tier revolutions, and the ability to basically create a universal library of all human knowledge, culling the best, and integrating our vision with the millenials, and with multinational (multi spatial) politics.

(actual) Final project vision

The final idea is to establish intuitive psychological programs to educate people and to carry out extensive research in brain-mind interfacing as well as bring out the traditional knowledge of islam, christianity, buddhism, and hinduism. I really want to push the limits of scientific knowledge. I want to establish the goal of creating a solid spiritual foundation in all world’s religions, and doing it in their terms. We can also bring together great minds and sell those to the public.

This week I created a new website and I contemplated and experienced the image of Kunu Lama Rinpoche in prayer in my book Teachings from Tibet! What a blessing. Utterly profound.

My dad and I purchased a beautiful wordpress site to help others with liberation.

This is my new blog, and all around avante-guard enlightened free space. We purchased the name www.integratedispirit.com for many reasons.

It represents the integration of the “I” as spirit. The “I” of knowledge which hopefully will be a great benefit to all.

You can see the direct manifestation of that utter truth here. https://integratedispirit.com/2019/03/31/is-it-freedom/.

In this first post – What Is Freedom? – I was attempting to convey the absolute nondual power of reality.

Since I had already achieved the crown victory as a result of ritual practice,

I was trying to convey how to know it ourselves.

Towards the end of writing a genuine actual spiritual prayer emerged, “be the self and know the love and light of the infinite.”

Ken wilber breaks down powerful spiritual knowledge into four stages: gross, subtle, causal, nondual. This powerful identity surmounts all difficulty.

The nectar of all true ways.

This nectar of knowledge is possible for all of us. At the time of writing, my thought broke through the tenuous veil. I penetrated nirvana, atman, and brahman.

Every so often our “identity”, “atman”, “no-self”, “tathagatagharba”, peers beyond the veil of this suffering or illusion into nirvikalpa samadhi which is a world of unabated light, an absolute ocean of unalloyed identity. We may be assisted or aided by spiritual masters. The knowledge can definitely be shared.

In this momentary experience we pierce through suffering, into an ocean of nectar.

The emergence of an infinite sun, full and full. There is no end to the fullness.

If one were to contemplate it, more than depression, it would give one great peace.

And as we pierce the veil, there is nothing to contemplate except the totally, wholly “one” nature of all seeming suffering, illusion, and reductionism, and cynicism no matter how insignificant.

I also read 3-4 pages from my Tibet book, and contemplated with devotion the image of Kunu Lama Rinpoche. This manifested a direct causal blessing.

Is It Freedom?

They say that’s it’s necessary to cultivate anything great. Once we cultivate the absolutely greatest thing, all other things will be possible. Is it freedom? All things are unified by the ultimate. And thus when we open up towards the expanse, how do we know we have attained it? In fact this thing is marked by happiness, increase in prosperity.

Our lives appear effervescent, and totally interdependent. My point is that samsara and nirvana, or birth and death, are not independent.

Our love is truly light.

Our light is truly love.

Be the self and know the love and light of the infinite.
